A PM would be great. It would be nice if the documentation could be found on the plugin page or somewhere in your support section.
Also your FAQ page does not work.

Ah – it"s on the page where you downloaded the Lite version
I"ll send you a PM now with the location, in case you don"t have it anymore.
The user manual does need a bit of sprucing up, since it hasn"t QUITE kept up with development… but it should be clear and relevant enough for the basics. We are hoping to do a major update in the not too distant future, and want to upgrade everything to coincide.

Those are recent additions and we haven"t added it to the user manual yet (I take it you"re referring to the settings right at the bottom?). You shouldn"t need to adjust those settings at all, since the default setting is for optimal performance.
The visitor tracking function refers to the database function (instead of cookies) the plugin uses to keep track of how many times a visitor has visited the page where a popup is to appear.

What"s the point of the visitor tracking settings? Is there documentation to explain the various settings?

Keith, I"m unable to give you an ETA on that right now. Personally, I would like for that to be by February/March 2012.
If I could I would even bring that forward some, since it"s been requested a few times already.
Best,
Phil

Thanks for the quick response Phil. Do you have a development timeline/release schedule? When do you think 3&4 will be developed?

Hi Keith,
I"ll reply to your questions following your numbering:
1. We most certainly do plan on supporting WordPress 3.3. We"ve been so busy with another urgent fix that we haven"t really been able to get round to fully test for 3.3, but I"ll get onto that right away.
2. I"ll check that out and get back to you (this is also in 3.3, I presume?).
3 & 4. At this time we don"t have a way for the popup to remember that a visitor has completed and submitted a form. The only way to control the appearance of a popup is with the current options available. This is, however, in our list of developments for upcoming versions.
Best regards,
Phil

I have a couple of questions/concerns before purchasing the plugin for the additional features that I need.
1. Do you plan on supporting WordPress 3.3? I just upgraded and it looks like your editor is not displaying correctly in the Popup Source section.
2. The Administrators Only option is not working. The popup is showing even if I"m not logged in.
3. I have tested the pop-up by using a page with a form on it as the popup content. Once I submit the form the popup disappears, but then reappears.
4. Is the popup not supposed to show to a user once they have entered info into it? That doesn"t seem to be working for me.
