Thanks for looking into this personally. Can"t fault the service from you guys- it"s first rate. Any idea why it wouldn"t update using the normal method?
Thanks Blair!
I have absolutely no idea, to be truthful… I was unable to re-create the error anywhere else, and I haven"t had another complaint.
I trust it will be fine from here onwards though. As always, give us a shout any time.
Regards,
Phil

Hi Blair,
All good now… I"ve upgraded the plugin to 1.5.1, and restored
everything to normal. Could you please have a look and see whether your popups function
normally?
Hopefully future upgrades will work normally, but if anything should – um – pop up, please feel free to let us know right away
Best regards,
Phil

I"ve just sent you some login details to support@platinumplugins.com
Hi Blair,
Thanks for the login details. It"s strange – I haven"t been able to replicate this error on any of our blogs! If you feel you can trust us, would you allow me to take a look via FTP?
Regards,
Phil

I"ve downloaded v1.5.1 and tried the upgrade steps as described above. For some reason, WP thinks I have the most recent version of the plugin installed, which is not correct – I have v1.5.0 as it says on the plugins page and inside the popup editor page.
Hi Blair,
That"s odd… Give me a moment to try and replicate this on our test blog, and I"ll get right back to you. Do we still have a login for your site?
Regards,
Phil

Hi Phil/Aaron,

Any ideas?

PlatinumPopup 1.5.1 has been released. This is a bugfix which deals with an issue in 1.5.0 causing "on click" popups to not work at all. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this.
Click Here if you have not previously downloaded or purchased PlatinumPopup. If you are upgrading from an earlier version, click on the link in the notification email you received to download the latest version. Premium version owners can login to their members area to download the latest version.
INSTALL / UPGRADE
- Download the plugin .zip file
- Login to your WP Admin Dashboard
- Go to Plugins on left hand side menu
- Go to ADD NEW
- Choose UPLOAD option
- Browse and select the plugin .zip file
- Click INSTALL
- Activate the plugin once done
IMPORTANT NOTE:
When UPGRADING from a previous version, follow the exact same procedure as when doing a fresh install, WITHOUT uninstalling the old version. DO NOT UNINSTALL THE OLD VERSION – you will lose your created popup(s)! Uploading and activating the new version will overwrite the old version.
