Hi Grumpyoltrucker,

It seems I need to take a look at our forum"s notification system, since I never received notification of your post. Sorry about that! I believe Aaron has been dealing with you via the helpdesk. Our programmer will hopefully sort out the problem with code in the popup today or tomorrow, and we"ll send out a notification via the mailing list, on the blog and in the forum.

Since I have tried other WP popup plugins with disappointing results I opted to try the free version of the Platinum Popup first.

I was duly impressed with the results as I spent time experimenting with my initial trial setup.  Everything was working extremely well and I had almost reached the stage of being satisfied with my efforts and ready to turn it on to the public when it stopped working.  Simply refused to popup one more time.  I tried changing numerous settings to no avail.  Deleted the plugin from the server and reinstalled it but still will not work.  What have I done wrong?
